Brittney Sullins

Don't Call It A Dream; Make It A Plan

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Brittney was born and raised on the Gulf Coast. After completing her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing from Auburn University, she went on to obtain her first real estate license in California. In 2010 Brittney moved to the Emerald Coast and became a 30-A local. Shortly after, she met her husband serving in the Air Force, and they are thrilled to be raising their 2 sons in this beautiful area.

Before beginning her real estate career, Brittney served as Director of Events for the Niceville Chamber of Commerce and as Marketing Director at Rhinoshield and BOTE Boards. Through these instrumental positions she sharpened her fine-tuned approach to meeting goals and objectives while maintaining great customer relationships. Buyers of luxury real estate will benefit from Brittney’s broad experience as well as her proven sales strategies. As tourism increases, her clients will also profit from her knowledge of the investment process as a sound financial avenue.

The real estate industry allows Brittney to meet many new people and learn their stories of visiting and moving to our unparalleled stretch of coastline. These relationships are held dear as lucrative partnerships and friendships. She is solutions-oriented, an ambitious go-getter, and motivated to make every experience a smooth transaction for her clients.

Always considering the best interests of her clients, Brittney's personal motto echoes her own journey to a life spent on the Emerald Coast: “Don't call it a dream, make it a plan!”
